Our Team
Our experienced and dedicated staff team are passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives. Through therapeutic care, ongoing training and professional development, we ensure young people receive consistent, compassionate and high-quality support every day.
Our Homes
Both Hawthorn House and Grange House provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate environments designed to support young people in achieving positive outcomes. The homes are specifically structured to offer individualised support for one to two residents—featuring a mix of communal areas and quiet spaces like a snug to balance privacy and social interaction—Our homes are situated in quiet residential areas and emphasises emotional wellbeing, consistency, and the development of life skills. Both homes prioritise creating warm, modern, and spacious settings that help our children build confidence, independence, and strong, positive relationships, ensuring they feel truly at home while remaining well-connected to their surrounding communities and amenities.
